How to Setup Invitation Emails for a Zuddl Webinar

When an attendee or a speaker is added to the webinar from the People tab of the organizer setup, they are sent an invitation email which includes options to edit registration details, and a link to access the webinar.



Editing the invitation email

Click the edit button near the email toggle to open the template settings.

Here, you can edit the Sender name and the Email subject, and turn off the Calendar block if you don't want it included in the email by default.

To edit the content of the email, click Use email builder or Customize HTML.

Invitation emails are toggled off by default.

You can customize the invitation emails separately for attendees and speakers.
