How to Choose a Zuddl Webinar Plan


Zuddl offers three plans for Webinars to fit any requirements and budgets - Trial, Pro, and Enterprise. This article walks you through the entire sign-up flow for each plan to help you get on board.

Choose a plan

You must select a plan that suits your business needs. To opt for a webinar plan,

  1. Go to the Zuddl pricing page.
  2. Click the Webinar tab to view the plans for Zuddl Webinars.

  3. Select a suitable plan type based on your requirements.
    1. Trial
    2. Pro plan
    3. Enterprise

The table below provides a comparative assessment of each of the three plans.

The signing-up process for each plan is slightly different and is explained in the following section

2. Sign-up flow

The sign-up flow varies based on the plan you choose. The following sections describe the flow for each plan from the pricing page:

Trial plan

The trial plan features are described in the table above. To opt for the trial plan:

  1. Click on the Start Free Trial button in the Trial plan section. This redirects you to the account creation flow.

  2. Follow the steps in the account creation flow to create an account. Because it is a free plan, there is no checkout step, and you can directly start creating webinars.

Pro plan

The pro plan features are described in the table above. To choose the pro plan:

  1. On the Pro plan section, toggle on the suitable billing cycle: Annual or Monthly
  2. Move the slider to the required number of attendees: 100, 250, and 500
  3. Click on the Get Started button if you want to for the Pro plan section. This redirects you to the account creation flow.

  4. Follow the steps in the account creation flow to create an account.
  5. After you've created an account, you are redirected to the checkout process for your selected plan.

  6. Optional. If you have a coupon code, you can apply the coupon code.

  7. Click on Proceed To Checkout.

This completes the purchase and subscribes you to the Zuddl Webinar - Pro plan.

Enterprise plan

Refer to the comparison table to know the features of enterprise plans.  If you wish to go for a custom plan for the enterprise, click on the Contact Sales button in the Enterprise plan section.

This opens a Contact Us form where you need to fill in your details.

After you've filled out the form, click on the Get in touch button. You will be redirected to a page where you can select a suitable date and time for a demo. This notifies our sales team, and a sales representative will reach out to you to walk you through the features and help you onboard to Zuddl Webinar.

To change a custom plan, contact our support team.

Handling limitations

For each plan, there is an upper limit to the number of attendees in a webinar. Additionally, Zuddl provides a buffer limit of 25% for all plans. The following sections show how Zuddl notifies when these set limits are reached or exceeded.

During a webinar, if the maximum allowed attendee count for a particular plan has been reached. A pop-up modal appears in the studio as shown below:

Clicking on the View plan button will take you to the plans page, where you can upgrade or downgrade.  

Additionally, a static banner appears on the header section in the studio in case you choose to upgrade later.

In the same manner, Zuddl notifies you of 80%, 100%, and 125% of attendee limit marks.

After the buffer attendee quota has been exceeded, no more attendees will be able to enter, and they will be shown this screen.

Manage your Plan

You can view your plan details such as Subscription cycle, Subscription renewal date, Number of organizers, Plan usage for monitoring attendees in a webinar, and more.

To view your plan details,

  1. Go to General settings.
  2. Click on the Plans tab from the top navigation.

Upgrade/Downgrade your Plan

To upgrade or downgrade,

  1. On the Plans page, click View plans on the right. This takes you to the plans page, where you can choose your suitable plan.

Note: If you are on a custom plan, the View plan option does not appear.

Note: A trial plan does not appear on this version of the plans page, as you would have already opted for a pro plan.

Note: When you upgrade or downgrade before your next billing cycle ends, Zuddl offer credits for the unused days based on your plan to be adjusted in the next billing cycle.

Cancelations

Cancelations are processed only after the end of the plan tenure. For example, if you are on an annual plan and have opted for cancelation, the plan will continue till the end of the billing cycle thereafter, the plan will stop.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to General settings> Plans.
  2. Click on View plans.
  3. On the Manage Subscription pop-up, click on your current plan card.

  4. Click on Cancel Subscription.

  5. Enter a cancelation reason and click Confirm Cancelation.

This will cancel your plan at the end of the billing cycle. You can still use the plan till the end of the billing cycle.

Note: If you were on a paid plan and the plan expired, a notification to renew your plan will appear as shown below:

Manage your account

To manage your account, click on the Manage account option under the Plans tab.

You can edit your payment details on the checkout pop-up, such as:

  • Edit your Account Information; this includes your First Name, Last Name, and Email address
  • Edit your Billing & Shipping Addresses
  • Change your Payment Methods
  • See your Billing History
