How to Add Leads in the Zuddl Lead Capture App

The "Lead Capture" App by Zuddl is designed exclusively for exhibitors/booth owners to help booth owners collect, track, qualify, and share potential customers they meet at an event hosted on Zuddl.
With the lead capture app, your booth owners can add booth visitors as leads and qualify them based on their engagement, thereby enabling you to convert a prospect into a customer of your business.

Prerequisite

The organizer needs to add you as booth owner for an event.

Steps

To use the lead capture app,
  1. Install the app on your phone from Appstore if you are using a Mac OS or Playstore for Android users.

After you’ve installed the app, you can log in to your account. To log in, enter your email address and click the Get verification code button to receive a 6-digit code in your inbox. Enter the code in the respective field to log in.

If you are using any integration with activity capture support, the leads that are captured using this app are not considered as attended booth activity.

Bookmarking

Bookmarking in the Zuddl app is just like how bookmarking works in other applications. Bookmarking helps booth owners save the attendees before taking further action on them. You can bookmark a prospect before and after adding them as a lead.

For big public events, organizers can bookmark an attendee after adding them as a lead, from the list of attendees (shown in the search results). However, for closed-setting events like field events, where you can add lead details later, you can bookmark when you add a lead manually. Bookmarking auto-allocates the attendee as lead.

To bookmark an attendee after you've added as lead. To do so:

  1. Go to the lead details page and click the Bookmark button. This adds the lead under the Bookmarked tab.

Alternatively, you can click the bookmark icon in the leads.

To bookmark when you manually add an attendee as a lead,

  1. Enter the attendee email for adding as a lead. This shows the attendee details in a pop-up window.
  2. On the pop-up, select Bookmark. This adds the attendee to list of bookmarked attendees.

On the attendee details screen, the attendee is shown as Lead added bookmarks as shown below:

You can click the Lead added to bookmarks button to remove from the bookmarks.
