How to Use the Speaker Portal as a Speaker
As a speaker, you can use the Speaker Portal to prepare for the event by completing tasks assigned by the organizers.
- Click on the Go to speaker portal link in the invitation email. This lets you directly log in to the portal, where you can view the Tasks assigned to you and also see the sessions that you are a part of.
The tasks assigned to you are initially listed in the Pending tab, where you can view the task details and take the required actions. To mark a task as completed, click the more options button (3-dots icon) and click Mark as completed. You can also view the completed tasks by switching to the Completed tab.
- In the My sessions section of the portal, you can view the event sessions where you are added as a speaker. Here, you can click the View details button on any of the sessions and Upload any session resources.
- If polls are enabled for the session, you can also switch to the Polls tab and prepare your polls/quizzes by adding them as drafts.
