How to Reset your Data
Resetting data allows organizers to clear all event chats, polls, and Q&As. This allows the event to be reset for a new session. After resetting data, all this information is stored in reports so organizers can still access it.
To reset the event data:
- Login to the Zuddl dashboard and create an event. Learn more about creating an event.
- On the event setup page, go to Settings.
- In the Reset Data card, click Reset.
Access Data after Reset
After resetting event data, organizers can still access the reports generated in Analytics.
To find the data you need:
- Go to Analytics > Report Download.
- In the drop-down, choose the kind of data you need.
- Click Download Report.
