How to Invite Attendees to a Zuddl Webinar
Inviting attendees
To add attendees, go to People > Attendees > click on Add Attendee
It will open up a side drawer with a form for your speaker details.
Details like First and Last name and Email are mandatory. Once you fill in, this is what your form will look like.
Filtering attendee list for check-ins
Click on 'Registered' dropdown in the top right corner. You'll be able to filter out attendees who have checked in to your webinar.
Importing CSVs for Attendee Details
You can import attendee details in bulk by uploading a CSV on Zuddl. Click on the CSV Dropdown in the top right corner:
You'll see a side drawer open with an option to upload your CSV. Alternatively, you can also paste a list of attendee emails, separated by commas.
Make sure your CSV follows the exact format mentioned in the Uploader.
Download CSV of Attendees
Once you've completed registrations, you can also download the entire list of attendees from the same CSV Dropdown on the top right corner.
Resend or edit the Attendee invite.
By clicking on the three dots next to your Attendee listing, you can edit or resend your invite.
Setting a device limit to attendee registration
You can set a limit to the number of devices attendees can use to enter your webinar. If you select '2,' then each attendee will not be able to use more than two devices at a single point of time to view your webinar.
To set this limit, click on the three dots on the top right corner > select Set Device Limit.
